In 2020, I founded FNTIO as a cloud consulting company. In the early years, I built AWS infrastructure myself. At some point, in the middle of a client project, it became clear: AI isn't just changing what we build. It's changing how companies develop software, manage processes, and make decisions.

I didn't plan this shift from behind a desk. I experienced it in the project. I accompanied SiemensGPT from the first architecture sketch to 120,000 active users. 50 AI models, 10,000+ agents. That was the moment when it became clear what a focused team with clear ownership can deliver for an enterprise.

Today, we don't define ourselves by headcount, but by what's running in production at the end.

As an infrastructure partner within the project team, we co-developed the AWS architecture for LogineoNRW. 5,000 schools, during a pandemic. The experience of delivering under extreme time pressure as part of a team shaped who we are.
