What I Do

I design architectures that withstand 120,000 users, and bring architecture expertise into select FNTIO client projects.

The conviction behind my work: AI is a tool. Every day. In every project. Not optional. The provider-agnostic AI stack that runs in production at Siemens and Siemens Energy today is based on this principle: LiteLLM as the abstraction layer, five providers, 50+ models.

I introduce new technologies, delivery methods, and project approaches. Not as a trend scout, but as someone who deploys new technologies in client projects myself. When I recommend LangGraph for a workflow, I've implemented LangGraph in a client project myself. Not read about it, not evaluated it. Implemented it.

SiemensGPT: The Architecture for 120,000 Users

Cross-account infrastructure across 1,500 AWS accounts. Multi-model architecture with 50 AI providers. Custom agent framework, because LLMs at that time didn't support native agentic workflows. Provider-agnostic from day one, not because it was trendy, but because it was the only architecture decision that would stand the test of time.

HR Data Hub: Self-Healing Agents

The architecture concept behind the platform that saves EUR 800,000 per year. The most compelling part: self-healing agents that analyze CloudWatch errors, create root cause analyses, and independently repair infrastructure. No one gets up at night when a Lambda fails.

SE AI Platform: Self-Service Agents for Enterprise

Self-service agent platform where teams create, deploy, and monitor their own AI agents. LiteLLM for provider agnosticism. Forward-deployed engineering: The project team coaches client teams until they can independently create agents. Not through a workshop, but directly in the code.
