Productive in 4 weeks.

Others consult for 4 weeks. We deliver in 4 weeks. After week 4, a system exists that real users work with.

Four weeks is not a lot of time. But it's enough to build a system that works. Not perfect, but productive.

Our standard: After 4 weeks, there are real users on a real platform. No prototype, no demo system. Production.

The four weeks in detail.

Week 1

Foundation: Infrastructure and first pipeline.

AWS accounts, CI/CD pipeline, infrastructure as code. By the end of the week, the platform is deployable and every change is testable.

Week 2

Core: Architecture and first features.

The core architecture is in place. First features are implemented and deployed. The client sees daily progress in the system, not in slides.

Week 3

Hardening: Security, monitoring, resilience.

The system becomes production-ready. Security reviews, monitoring, alerting, load testing. Everything a system needs to hold up under real conditions.

Week 4

Launch: Real users on a real system.

Go-live with real users. Not as a big-bang release, but as a controlled rollout. When problems arise, we solve them immediately.

4 weeks. No concept.
A system in production.

Why this works for enterprise projects.

Enterprise doesn't automatically mean slow. Enterprise means: More stakeholders, stricter compliance, higher requirements for security and scaling. All solvable in 4 weeks, if you know how.

For SiemensGPT, we built a platform for 120,000 users. The case study shows how this works in practice.

Honest limitation.

4 weeks is not enough for everything.
What we don't promise in 4 weeks:

  • A complete feature set. We prioritize and deliver the most important things first.
  • Perfect performance. That comes through iteration, not through planning.
  • Zero bugs. But a system with monitoring that makes problems immediately visible.
  • The final architecture. Architecture is a hypothesis that must prove itself in production.

What we do promise: A system that works and that you can make better every day.

Why 4 weeks is the right timeframe.

Force focus

4 weeks leave no room for feature creep. You have to prioritize,
and that's a good thing.

Build trust

After 4 weeks, the client knows whether we can deliver. Not through promises, but through results.

Reduce risk

If nothing productive exists after 4 weeks, the investment was limited. If it does, you have a system.
